Capricorn from Germany was formed in 1991 from the ashes of Grinder founded in 1985 in Frankfurt; they released in 1988 "Dawn for the Living" and in 1989 "Dead End"  both on No Remorse label before joining Noise Records for "Nothing Is Sacred" (1991). Grinder separated because they lost their record-deal and the members did not find an agreement on the band's future. Capricorn line-up was: Adrian Hahn on bass and vocals, David Hofmann on guitar and Stefan Arnold on drums. They choose the monicker of Capricorn as the sound was both conceptually and stylistically far from Grinder. After a demo with six songs the band reached a record deal with Shark Records. On this label, the self-titled strong debut album was recorded in 1993 with producer Wolfgang Stach in the T&T studio, then the band toured Germany in 1994 with Grave Digger. In March 1995, T&T, sub-label of Noise Records, released the second powerful album entitled "Inferno". In Japan the album was released by Victor with the bonus track "Incredibly Ruined". Then the band split up and Stefan Arnold joined Grave Digger.
Available on Lp for the very first time, vinyl mastered by Neves Records, kindly licensed by Crazy Life Music.
